• When you place an order: your name, email, phone number, business name and delivery address, plus the customisation details you provide (such as your Google review link or Wi-Fi network name and password).
• When you submit a contact form: your name, business name, email, phone number (if provided) and your message.
• When you make a payment: your payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We don't store your card details on our website.

How we use your information

• Processing and fulfilling your order.
• Delivering your product to your address.
• Configuring your NFC product with the details you provide.
• Sending you order confirmations and updates.
• Providing customer support and responding to enquiries.

Sharing your information

We only share information as needed to fulfil your order — for example, with the courier service delivering your order. We don't sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Keeping your information

We keep your order information for as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. Your Wi-Fi and Google review details are used only to configure your product and to assist with support.
