The terms that apply when you order from and use the TapGoNZ website.
About TapGoNZ
TapGoNZ is a New Zealand-owned business providing NFC products — including Google Review NFC plates and Wi-Fi NFC cards — designed to help businesses connect with their customers. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Ordering products
When you place an order, you'll provide your details and any customisation information required (such as your Google review link or Wi-Fi details). Please make sure the information you provide is accurate — we use it to configure and deliver your product.
Product prices
Prices are shown in New Zealand dollars (NZD) on each product page. Shipping is calculated and shown at checkout. We aim to keep prices up to date, but if a pricing error occurs we'll contact you before processing your order.
Payment
Payment is made securely through our payment provider, which supports card and Apple Pay where available. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.
Shipping & delivery
TapGoNZ ships online orders within New Zealand using Pass the Parcel. Urban / non-rural delivery is $10 and rural (RD) delivery is $12, calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and depend on your location and courier conditions; we don't guarantee a specific delivery date.
Customised products
Many products are customised and programmed for your business. Please provide accurate customisation details at checkout. Because customised products are made to your specifications, change-of-mind refunds may not be available — but your rights for faulty or incorrectly described products are not affected.
Returns & refunds
Our returns process is set out on our Returns & Refunds page. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we'll put things right.
Website use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. Content on this site — including text, images and branding — is owned by TapGoNZ and may not be copied without permission.
